Benchmark A-1734 is a free-flowing, powdered acid salt designed to replace liquid acid combinations. When dissolved in water it is an effective deoxidizer and desmutter for aluminum treatments such as anodizing, chromating, etching and plating.

Benchmark A-1734 contains no chromates, is cost efficient and easy to maintain at the recommended operating range. It is highly soluble, odorless and does not fume. Benchmark A-1734 is a dry powder packaged in fiber drums.

Liquid Non-Chromated Deoxidizer

Benchmark A-1710-A is a concentrated easy to use liquid material formulated to deoxidize/desmut aluminum prior to anodizing, chromating and chemical polishing.

Benchmark A-1710-A is formulated to deoxidize/desmut most aluminum alloys including 6061, 6063, and 6006.

Benchmark A-1710-A operates at room temperature, never needs to be dumped, and will not etch.

Benchmark A-1734-L

Benchmark A-1734-L is a concentrated, easy to use liquid material designed to desmut and deoxidize aluminum prior to anodizing, chromating and chemical polishing.

Benchmark A-1734-L does not contain chrome or fluorides and is easily waste treatable.

Benchmark A-1734-L is formulated to desmut and deoxidize most aluminum alloys including 6061, 6063, and 6006.

Benchmark A-1734-L will also remove heat treat and weld discolorations from aluminum.
